After years of confusion and repeated errors in an application submitted by my mother, Mrs. Elmay Hutchinson, for the transfer of title to my brother and me, we made several visits to both your Kingston office and the Junction, St. Elizabeth office. During this process, we were fortunate to meet Ms. Beckford, who has been exceptionally helpful and supportive throughout. We need to resurvey the land due to earlier errors and the mishandling of our file, which in turn caused the original survey to expire. As I understand it, this step is outside of Ms. Beckford’s control; however, she has continued to guide us with professionalism and care throughout this difficult process.
