The Facilities of Title Certificate (Certificate of Compliance)
GeoLand offers all of the services needed for the issuance of a Certificate of Compliance which is a document that you can use to apply to:
- Access loans through the PC Bank, NHT and any other institution that accepts this form of proof of ownership
- Have your land updated on the tax roll with the current name and size
- Obtain a Certificate of Title for your land
As a bundled package, the Land Registration and Certificate of Compliance service may include:
Property Surveys
Our Commissioned Land Surveyors use the latest GPS & GIS technology to survey your land, creating an accurate diagram.
Formalizing Subdivisions
GeoLand will, on your behalf, apply to the appropriate local authority for approval of your subdivision, where land has been divided into lots and sold or possession given to several others.
Title Application Requirements

- Any Property Tax/Land Valuation documents for the land.
- One valid photo identification (Passport/National ID/Driver’s Licence)
As a part of the processing of your application you will be required to provide the following:
- Proof of Ownership. E.g. Certificate of Compliance, common law title, Indenture, Deed of Gift, Conveyance, purchase receipt, Will or any other document that proves ownership.
- Two Declarants. This is a person who knows the history of your property for at least 30 years and will sign a Declaration to that effect. The declarant cannot be a relative and must be over 50 years old. You will need to provide Geoland with the name, age, address and occupation of two declarants .
- History of the land. You must be able to explain about the history the land for the last 7- 40 years
- The name, age, address, occupation and Tax Registration Number (TRN) of the person(s) whose name(s) are to be placed on the title.
- Your Taxpayer Registration Number (TRN)
However, If you do not have any of these you can still apply. Starting an application requires the tax number and a valid ID.
